Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for accurate and GAAP-compliant reporting

Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes

Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls using NetSuite ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)

Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP (implementation, administration, reporting)

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in a manager or controller-level role

Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements

Proven experience managing month-end close, audit, and tax processes
