Ensure all work is performed safely and meets contract requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years managing underground civil or utility construction projects
In-depth knowledge of utility installation methods (open cut, dewatering, mechanical joints, etc.)
Solid experience with public infrastructure projects and inspections
Proficiency in construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and permitting
Able to lead crews and communicate effectively with field and office teams
Bonus : Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
What You’ll Get
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
PTO + Paid holidays
Career growth in a tight-knit company with a great reputation
Opportunity to help shape and grow the PM department
Work on essential infrastructure that actually matters
Ready to Build Something That Lasts?
