At Groveway Pet Hospital , we're more than just a practicewe're a cornerstone of the community. For many years, we've proudly served local pets and their families, and we're excited to soon return to our newly renovated Grove Way location. Until then, we're continuing care from our temporary site at the old Hills Hospital.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and wants to grow alongside a friendly, committed team.

What You'll Do

As an RVT, you'll use your skills every day to support our patients, clients, and doctors, including :

• Assisting with general practice and preventive care appointments (patient histories, client education, administering vaccines and medications)
• Perform a variety of clinical procedures, including blood draws, intravenous catheter placement, radiography, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Monitor patients during surgical and anesthetic procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout.
• Collect and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, and feces, and perform diagnostic tests.
• Handling and providing care for exotic pets, including reptiles, small mammals, and birds

The pay range for this role is :

$31-$38 per hour
