Valid Property & Casualty License is required. Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Experience in telemarketing or customer outreach is advantageous.
