Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of software development, including 2 3 years leading / managing distributed / offshore teams. Strong expertise in .NET and cloud-native architecture ; experience with DevOps / CI / CD . Proven ability to design, scale, and secure enterprise systems . Exceptional communication and leadership skills, comfortable presenting to business leaders. Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, microservices . Prior work in consulting or client-facing delivery roles .
