In our Financial Services team, we aim to solve the most complex challenges by building trusted relationships and taking calculated risks to help clients achieve their objectives. We work to understand the relationship between risk, regulatory environment, and performance improvement across banking, insurance, wealth, and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• In the Financial Services Organization (FSO), the Quantitative Advisory Services (QAS) group delivers quantitative risk management services to identify, measure, manage and monitor market, credit, operational and liquidity risks, asset-liability management, capital management, and other business activities for clients across Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management sectors.
• Support projects focused on development, implementation, testing, validation and other quantitative services of analytic models used for risk management, regulatory capital analytics, front office derivative pricing, banking book credit analytics, balance sheet management, and wealth / asset management.
• Leverage advanced analytics applications and AI / ML, including GenAI capabilities, to deliver insights and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with teammates on multiple high-profile projects; learn as you go while taking on responsibilities and engaging with clients.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off. The hybrid model expects most client-facing work to be in-person 40-60% of the time. We provide paid holidays, Winter / Summer breaks, Personal / Family Care leave, and accommodations when needed.
