TAX MANAGER - CPA CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager with at least 5 years experience in Public Accounting. QUALIFICATIONS : - Public accounting experience. - Prepare and review : High-net, 1065's, 1041's, 990's, 1120-S - Direct and supervise a team of tax staff, in the preparation of tax returns. - Review of final product. - Staff training. - Maintain database to track work group's clients. - Set guidelines for proper tax return documentation. - Form / Register new businesses. - Research tax laws.
