Medical, Prescription, Vision, and Dental Coverage : Dental : Options ($1,500 annual limit) . Vision : $300 annual allowance for glasses / contacts. Premiums fully paid by the employer. $25,000 life insurance for the employee, $2,000 for spouse / children over six months. 5%-6% salary contribution to a 401(a) plan (based on year-end financials). Voluntary 457 and / or 403(b) contribution options. Family memberships for Life Flight Air Ambulance and Ground Ambulance services, fully paid by the employer. Employer covers the cost of UpToDate subscription or similar online service. Full reimbursement for license and DEA registration fees. Loan Repayment : Certified as an eligible site for federal loan repayment applications. No-cost wellness programs : Annual flu shot. Tobacco cessation program. Free annual physical exam and standard lab work for employee and spouse after insurance billing. Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Free meals provided during work hours. AFLAC plans available for purchase. Providers receive paid holidays, CME days, and PTO (sick and vacation). CME must be pre-approved, and reimbursement requires receipts and expense reports. Required CME courses may include ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (if applicable). CME and PTO cannot be used during the notice period, and banks will not refresh during this time. Sick, vacation, and CME time do not carry over from year to year or contract to contract. Upon termination, 40% of PTO is considered "sick time" and is not eligible for payout.

About the Position :
Looking for a NP or PA in Irrigon, OR
- Role : Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed for a medical clinic.
- Experience Requirement : Must have prior experience; new graduates will not be considered.
- Team : Work alongside another PA and an LCSW.
- Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, including 2 hours of paid administrative time daily.
- Optional Call : NP candidates with appropriate training / experience may take call hours at a nearby hospital.
