A company is looking for a Learning Technology Support Specialist to manage and optimize their LMS while supporting both internal staff and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and assist with LMS implementations
Support clients during LMS implementation and track client deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams to launch new clients into the LMS and create documentation
Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience in learning technology administration with LMS, LXP, LRS, and LCMS
Experience with Litmos LMS and Microsoft Excel preferred
Experience in client or customer-facing roles
Proven technology troubleshooting skills
Experience in software implementation
