Your Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures with confidence and care

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards

Provide clear, empathetic communication with patients about procedures and aftercare

Manage supplies and support front and back office operations as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient, positive experience for patients

Qualifications

Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA / RDA) preferred but not required

At least 2 years of experience in a dental assistant role

CPR certification required

Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Open Dental)

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Special consideration for military veterans
