Required skills : strong scientific knowledge, communication skills, and practical abilities. complete a minimum of a graduate degree from an accredited institution, complete an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program, pass the national registration examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), and meet any state-specific licensure requirements, which often include ongoing continuing education.
