Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Assist in understanding product specifications, features, and applications.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Offer solutions and recommendations based on the company's products or services.
- Provide training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors. Ensure that end-users have a clear understanding of product functionality.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, application notes, and technical guides.
- Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Continue to provide support after product sales, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and addressing any additional needs.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalentMinimum 1 year experience in site project coordination and installationKnowledge of programming in C,C++Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentalsknowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products.Passion for exploratory testing and test automation.Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)How to Apply
