job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSoil Sampling : Collect and label samples with precision to ensure the highest data quality. Boundary and Crop Mapping : Utilize GPS and GIS software to map agricultural boundaries and crops. Daily Reporting / Tracking : Accurately report and track daily job progress. Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to our clients, representing Deveron professionally in all interactions. Outdoor Enthusiast : Comfortable working in all weather conditions (cold, snow, rain, wind, sun, etc.). Self-Motivated : Confident working independently with high levels of self-motivation. Physical Fitness : Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and walk for extended periods in fields. Technology Competence : Proficient with technology including email, Excel, handheld GPS units, Google Earth, and GIS software. Experience : Prior experience operating a pickup truck with trailer and ATV is required (valid driver’s license and motor vehicle records check and clean driving record required). Adaptability : High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn; willing to undergo thorough training. Precision Agriculture Experience : Familiarity with precision agriculture is a plus. Passion for Agriculture : Even if you don’t meet all the requirements but have a passion for agriculture, we encourage you to apply! We’ll assess your qualifications and determine what training may be needed. Travel : Mandatory travel for work is required. Company vehicle will be provided. Availability : Must be available Monday- Friday and weekends up to 65 plus hours a week. 10 plus hours shifts Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Agriculture : 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License- Clean Driving Record (Required)
