Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with a VA or compact license, strong OASIS skills, and prior travel nursing experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a Home Health setting based out of the Lexington office
  • Patient caseload ranges from 6 to 7 visits per day
  • Serves a rural area with significant driving between patient homes
  • Day shift with 5x8 hour days, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • Weekend coverage is preferred once per month if possible
  • May float to other Home Health offices as needed
  • Mileage is reimbursed at $0.50 per mile
  • RN must be comfortable with extensive travel between patient visits in a rural environment
  • Two references are required for consideration

  • Active VA or compact RN license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Home Health experience
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Proficiency in nursing assessment and OASIS data collection
