Clinic Manager Opportunity

Position details :
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (some additional hours as needed).
- Role : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing 13 staff members under the guidance and supervision of the clinic physicians and MANA administrators.

Responsibilities
Develop and direct overall clinic operations, establishing strategies and direction for all departments.Initiate and implement strategic plans to optimize resources and achieve clinic objectives and annual goals.Ensure smooth clinic operations while maintaining a patient-centered focus.Lead and inspire a collaborative team environment where each staff member feels heard, valued, and supported.Promote clear communication and prioritize staff feedback to enhance team cohesion and morale.Drive a positive experience for both patients and staff by paying close attention to operational details and fostering excellence.Provide supervision of all personnel including hiring, firing, and disciplinary action for clinic staffDevelop and administer policies and procedures; implement changes in a timely mannerProvide monthly practice analysis reports to physicians and spreadsheets to accounting department for monthly financialsOrganize, coordinate, and attend meetings; prepare minutesWork closely with and ensure effective communications with central billing office regarding billing, collections, and insuranceOversee Value Based programs and work closely with the Clinical Care CoordinatorHandle patient complaints and staff conflictsApprove clinical and business office supply orders and all accounts payable vouchersAssist with overflow phone calls and front desk, business office, and patient care duties as neededOversee routine building maintenance and handle after-hours emergency calls (fire department / police department)Qualifications
High school diploma or GED3 years related experience and / or training12 18 months related management experience and / or training
