D'Asign Source is seeking a highly skilled and creative individual for the role of Outdoor Living (landscape / hardscape) Landscape Design / Sales.

In this role, you will act as a product and design expert, providing comprehensive design solutions for outdoor environments, including landscaping, hardscaping irrigation, lighting, outdoor audio and all other outdoor living products.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process, managing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Meet and assist clients with their outdoor design needs, offering expert recommendations and total design solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries, assess design needs, and provide tailored recommendations for their outdoor living environment. Use AutoCAD and other software to prepare design presentations, project plans, and pricing.
Manage Outdoor Living projects, from concept to completion.
Prepare detailed estimates, contracts, and final designs, including conceits as-builts and construction documents when needed.
Coordinate with project management to schedule and oversee construction or installation projects, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain up-to-date construction documents and manage project materials, subcontractor schedules, and punch lists.
Provide ongoing support to clients, resolving any issues related to deliveries, damaged goods, or project changes.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to stay current on product knowledge and design trends.
Assist fellow sales associates in delivering complete project solutions for clients.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Design or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in landscape or outdoor environments design, with at least 2-3 years in high-end project sales.

Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong knowledge of plant materials, outdoor systems, furniture, and accessories, as well as landscape and hardscape design and construction.

Proven ability to sell and manage projects, from design to final installation.

Excellent math skills for calculating estimates.

Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for exterior design.

Comfortable with both client presentations and technical discussions.

Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100+ pounds with assistance during deliveries.
