- Standards of Practice : As an RN, you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, health teaching, and evaluation—to provide exemplary patient care.\n
- Professional Performance : Engage ethically and collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team, demonstrating leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.\n
- Develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families while respecting their individual values and needs.\n\nQualifications\n
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.\n
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.\n
- One year of nursing experience preferred; orthopedic nursing experience is a plus.\n\nPhysical Demands : \n\nThis position requires prolonged standing, walking, and the use of sight, hearing, and touch. You will interact with patients with physical, mental, and emotional illnesses, including end-of-life conditions.
