Were looking for a proactive and results-driven eCommerce Sales Associate to support and grow our strategic partnership with Lowes.com. This role blends client relationship management, sales growth, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless and high-performing e-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Serve as a primary contact for Lowes accounts, conducting regular check-ins and quarterly reviews.
Build lasting partnerships through transparency, responsiveness, and performance.
Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Growth Strategy
Drive revenue through online platforms by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop proposals to expand product adoption and consistently meet growth targets.
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform strategy.
Product Listings & Optimization
Create and optimize product listings for visibility and conversion.
Manage SEO keywords, images, and descriptions to align with platform standards.
Ensure compliance with Lowes content and merchandising guidelines.
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage backorders and forecast demand to support seasonal and promotional planning.
Promotions & Advertising
Plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored to Lowes audience.
Manage PPC budgets and performance, adjusting strategies based on ROI analysis.
Reporting & Analytics
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, retention, and satisfaction.
Prepare and present account performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Share client feedback with internal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
24 years of experience in account management, preferably in retail or home improvement sectors.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with large retail accounts like Lowes or Home Depot is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
