Position Snapshot :
Full-Time, W-2Pediatric-only, high-acuity anesthesiaCare Team Model : 1 : 1 or 2 : 1 depending on case complexityCRNAs perform regionals (including caudal), invasive lines, and staff all specialties including cardiac and trauma24 / 7 CRNA presence for trauma, airway, and cardiac backup (no routine overnight case coverage)Compensation Overview :
Base Pay : 93.42144.80 / hour (~ 194K301K annually )Sign-On Bonus :50K (2-year commitment)
SRNAs Only - Pre-Graduation Stipend : 50K (2-year commitment) or 75K (3-year) 75% upfront, 25% at 90 day mark of employmentRelocation Assistance : Yes (for moves over 50 miles)Licensure, DEA, and professional association fees fully reimbursedTotal Compensation Note :
When factoring in salary, sign-on bonus, 403(b) retirement match, dependent college tuition benefit, wellness bonuses, and employer-covered licensure , the total compensation package exceeds 230K to 350K+ annually , depending on tenure and shift / call participation.
