Description
Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated engineer to work in its Transportation Group. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include :
- Participating on project teams as needed for a variety of projects
- Providing support and / or project lead for planning, design, and reporting on various transportation projects
- Providing construction oversight on various transportation projects
- Providing construction management on various transportation projects
Requirements
Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringEIT secured or ability to secureEntry level to five (5) years of experience on transportation projects including roadway rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, intersection design, traffic signal design, traffic studies, and shared use path projectsKnowledge of IDOT standards and procedures specifically as it relates to Phase I / Phase II design requirements and MFT requirements would be preferredExperience with MicroStation and traffic modeling software (such as Highway Capacity Software or Synchro) would be a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA valid driver's licenseWillingness to embrace and align with EEI's mission and core values.
