Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mammography exams in accordance with physician orders and radiology protocols
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout the imaging process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures
• Assist with scheduling and patient flow to optimize department efficiency
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and assist in preparing for Joint Commission audits
• Mentor and support junior technologists when needed
