Job Title : Senior Client Associate

Pay Rate : $21.21 per hour

Physical Work Location : 1 Fayette St, 2 Twr Bridge, Ste 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428 - ON SITE

Shift : Weekdays + Business Standard Hours

Anticipated Duration : 3 months contract with a possible contract extension based on performance

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and professional Senior Client Associate to join our team on a contingent assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality operational and client support while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all daily activities.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine operational support tasks and administrative duties in accordance with established procedures.
• Support Operations by identifying opportunities to improve individual work processes and overall efficiency.
• Answer incoming calls, assist clients with money movement requests, and process account openings.
• Handle documentation, data entry, and other general office duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members and client personnel to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Receive regular direction from a supervisor and escalate questions or issues as appropriate.
