Compensation Details : $80,000 to $111,000 annual salary + bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

• Supervise our technicians and jobs with company goals and growth in mind.
• Working alongside your fellow technicians in the field, facilitate a team atmosphere through skill, example, and attitude.
• Manage install teams, assigning multiple projects amongst each crew.
• Conduct daily technicians and job check-ins to ensure work is done correctly and efficiently. Track progress through forms, audits, monthly scorecards, and other methods.
• Conduct QC visits throughout the week, documenting the work performed by the company. Perform inspections on work completed to ensure the project has been completed to the satisfaction of the customer and the quality expected.
• Confirm all work is within local building codes and able to pass any necessary inspections.
• Interact with customers with a positive attitude, offering "the best customer service around."
• Coach technicians and apprentices to further improve their skills and grow within the department.
• Maximize training opportunities to increase the skill set of your team of technicians. Assist with training of apprentices and installers.
• Complete special projects and perform other job duties as assigned.
