A highly regarded law firm with a national reputation is seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team in Pittsburgh, PA . This is a confidential search for a driven, strategic thinker with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience in complex business and commercial matters.

What You’ll Do :

Take ownership of matters from inception through resolution

Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery

Manage factual investigations and maintain client communication

Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for hearings / trials

Lead discovery strategy, including managing e-discovery

Participate in business development initiatives and help grow client relationships

What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years of strong civil litigation experience, preferably in business or commercial litigation

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing

Demonstrated excellence in legal research and brief writing

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Exceptional communication and client service skills

Experience handling multiple cases under tight deadlines with attention to detail

A track record of academic and professional success
