We’re actively hiring experienced Solar Closers who are driven, confident, and ready to grow. This is a base pay + commission role with unlimited earning potential , performance bonuses, and rapid career advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do :

  • Close pre-set, qualified solar appointments (no cold calling)
  • Guide homeowners through the solar process with clarity and confidence
  • Build rapport, handle objections, and present financing or purchase options
  • Work closely with a team of setters and project managers for smooth handoffs
  • Maintain CRM records and meet weekly / monthly closing targets

Compensation :

  • Base Pay : $4000 / month
  • Commission : Competitive tiered structure + bonuses
  • Top closers earn $10K–$20K+ monthly

  • Proven track record in closing sales (solar sales required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for customers
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
