Overview

Drives customer engagement through phone support, order processing, and counter sales. Manages sales tracking, purchasing, and marketing while delivering exceptional onsite service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome contractors and homeowners with professionalism and energy.
  • Drive sales through expert phone support and efficient order processing.
  • Enter orders with accuracy and speed to keep operations flowing.
  • Keep customers informed with timely market updates and insights.
  • Engage in onsite interactions to build strong client relationships.
  • Oversee inventory, pricing, and marketing of materials to support sales goals.
  • Support counter sales with product knowledge and customer-first service.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service by providing clear, helpful information.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and keep samples and literature stocked.

  • Communication : Able to read and interpret safety and procedural documents, write clear reports, and speak confidently with customers and team members.
  • Math Skills : Proficient in basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and interpreting data such as rates and graphs.
  • Problem Solving : Applies practical thinking to follow instructions and resolve routine challenges.

    • Tech Savvy :

    Comfortable using word processing, email, spreadsheets, inventory, and database software.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands :

  • Exposure to warehouse and outdoor conditions, including occasional humidity, heights, and airborne particles.
  • Moderate noise levels typical of a warehouse setting.
  • Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, and reaching.
  • Visual acuity for close and distance work, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

    • Schedule : Monday - Friday (7 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM)

    Compensation : $21.00 - $27.00 Hourly
