Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our PayPal Merchant Design team for a six-month contract. In this role, you will help shape the design of an SMB Ads platform that integrates with major advertising ecosystems. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, applies strong systems thinking, and delivers high-quality, thoughtful design solutions. NYC preferred. W2 engagement; the rate reflects a W2 engagement; requires US visa to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric solutions for our integrated ads platform within the existing design system
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
  • Navigate complex product challenges with a focus on holistic, scalable design
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong craft in visual and interaction design

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on advertising or integrated platform products
  • Strong systems thinking approach and ability to work confidently amidst ambiguity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an established design system
