Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

As a Residential Cleaning Sales Consultant you will be the face of Slate Home Cleaning , introducing homeowners to our premium, eco-friendly cleaning services. Your role will focus on building trust at their doorstep or over the phone , educating potential customers on the benefits of non-toxic deep cleaning, and closing subscription sales that provide real value to families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of our non-toxic, whole-home cleaning services.
  • Build rapport and establish trust in short, face-to-face interactions.
  • Present customized cleaning service options to meet homeowner needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions.

    • Who We're Looking For

  • Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required —we provide comprehensive training.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect quickly with homeowners.
  • Professional, coachable, and eager to learn proven sales techniques.
  • Full-time availability, with flexibility for afternoon and evening canvassing.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must be able to complete Background check.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual earnings : $75,000–$100,000 (commission, bonuses, revenue sharing).
