Executive Producer Location : Los Angeles – 4th & Bleeker Studio

Overview We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer & Associate Art Director to join our LA-based 4th & Bleeker studio - the creative hub of Réalisation Par. This is a dual role that combines production expertise with creative direction : overseeing shoots from concept to delivery, while helping shape the visual world of the brand.

Working closely with the Creative Director and Creative Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading pre-production, casting, budgeting, and post-production of mainline, campaign, and collaboration shoots while also driving creative concepts, moodboards, and on-set art direction.

You’ll bring together the worlds of logistics and creativity ensuring that every project runs seamlessly and reflects the signature Réalisation spirit.
