Personal Training Sales Manager role at Gold's Gym

  • Have experience in the fitness industry and a desire for continuous learning and growth
  • Bilingual preferred

    • Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Revenue growth and focus
  • Managing a high-performing personal training team that inspires change
  • Ensuring project and department goals are met within approved budgets
  • Enforcing club rules, policies, and procedures
  • Maintaining full staffing through application review and hiring recommendations
  • Managing personal training schedules for all shifts
  • Developing and monitoring metrics for employee retention and satisfaction
  • Training staff to generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, and guest passes
  • Managing employee performance through coaching and fostering a positive work environment
  • Conducting weekly meetings with direct reports to provide guidance and direction

    • Must Haves :

  • Must be certified by NASM, ACSM, ACE or NSCA
  • CPR / AED Certifications
  • High school diploma (some college coursework preferred)
  • Excellent communication and hospitality abilities
  • Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science
  • Able to achieve and maintain aggressive goals
  • Ability to stay current on certifications, trends, and topics in fitness

    • This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing for extended periods and maintaining a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean appearance in a uniform are also required.
