A company is looking for a Java / Big Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage API services on AWS using Java, Scala, or Kotlin

Implement and optimize AWS services including Pyspark, EMR, and ECS

Design and create CI / CD pipelines utilizing tools like Jenkins and AWS Code Commit

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Kotlin

Experience with Kafka, Cassandra, Scylla, and DynamoDB

Strong background in Linux and shell scripting

DevOps experience is essential

Experience in application design and development at scale
