Location : Queens, NY

Employment Type : Full-Time (3-Month Contract)

Hourly Rate : $27

Position Overview :

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Queens, NY. This role involves providing compassionate care to residents during evening shifts, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Completion of a state-approved CNA program.
  • Licensure / Certifications :

    • Active New York CNA certification.

  • Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required).
  • Experience : Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing home.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in assisting with ADLs (activities of daily living), infection control, and vital sign monitoring.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
  • Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards.
