Marketing Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations & MLR Review Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate review and approval processes for promotional and non-promotional materials

Collaborate with sponsors and agencies to facilitate PRC meetings and document outcomes

Manage user profiles and training needs related to Veeva Promomats

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or science-related discipline or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in Regulatory, Quality, or a related area

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Knowledge of procedures regarding prescription drug advertising and promotional materials is desired

Proficiency with computer systems and / or pharmaceutical software
