Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on leader to inspire and guide our retail team while delivering our S.M.I.L.E. service culture Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. As a Lead, Retail Brand Ambassador, you will engage guests, oversee store operations, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage guests to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
• Promote Hawks merchandise by recommending products and upselling.
• Demonstrate our service culture in every interaction.
• Supervise, train, and coach Retail Brand Ambassadors to maximize sales and service.
• Assist with onboarding and product training for new team members.
• Provide feedback and support to help the team meet goals.
• Open and close retail locations, including cash handling and securing keys.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and organized.
