Downtown Los Angeles Colonial Life is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Healthcare Consultant position to work in a professional sales environment with our existing book of business. Management and advancement opportunities are available and extensive management / leadership training is provided for qualified candidates. Prior sales experience is welcome but not necessary. Fortune 500 corporate training through corporate\'s world-class training program within our Mentor-ship Model.

Responsibilities

• Work exclusively with Human Resource Departments to create and implement benefits packages for employees.
• Work alongside HR and employers to educate employees on the benefits being offered, assist employees with selecting the appropriate benefits for their needs, and enroll employees on our exclusive platform.
• Continue to communicate with the account throughout the year and assist with any claims, troubleshooting, or issues that may arise with the benefits.
