Key Responsibilities : Supervise : Lead and manage the daily functions of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your assigned unit, ensuring compliance with all facility policies and procedures. Documentation : Maintain accurate and comprehensive resident records, including admissions, discharges, assessments, and medication administration. Resident Care : Perform timely room checks for new residents and assist with other duties as directed by nursing leadership to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications : Licensed RN : Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active Wisconsin license. Experience : Previous experience in a long-term care setting is required. Skills : We are looking for an individual who is proficient with computers and has a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
