In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner), you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics as well as conduct concierge medical house call visits to Sollis Health patients and treat them accordingly, with the supervision / oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually come into an emergency department or urgent care.

Overview

• ACP will work in our Palm Beach and Boca locations in Florida from October - May and from June - September (might have flexibility on timing) in the Hamptons.
• Florida hours 9a-5p, 40 hours / week. Summer 2026 Hamptons hours are still being discussed.
• Sollis will pay for a NY State license if you do not have one.
• When in the Hamptons :

Sollis will provide a housing stipend of up to $5,000 per month.
