Position Summary
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to drive data quality and governance initiatives across its Global Analytics & Insights organization. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working with business data owners and technical teams to ensure data integrity, build dashboards, and improve data reliability.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data quality dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data quality priorities and reporting needs
- Use SQL to extract and analyze data
- Profile data using Informatica or similar tools
- Document business rules and monitor critical data attributes
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with teams using Databricks or Snowflake to build pipelines and process data
- Track and resolve data quality issues
- Ensure compliance with data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, etc.)

Compensation (conversion salary) : $95,000-110,000 / year
