Le Quartier Baking in Lincoln, NE is looking for one dessert chef to join our team. We are located on 6900 O St Ste 132. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, enthusiastic, creative and reliable. Dessert Chef hours are flexible but typically start anywhere from 4 am to 7 am
Responsibilities
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, or other products
- Measure and weigh ingredients
- Prepare pastries and desserts according to recipes
- Clean and sanitize work station and equipment
- Self-Motivated
- Quality control on products
- Organized
- Ability to manage rotating inventories and keep products in stock
- Brainstorming and creating new products
