Overview

Design Architect / Project Lead

Leading global design practice is seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect with 5-10 years of professional experience to work on large high-profile institutional projects (cultural, higher education, civic) and contribute across all design phases.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development of design concepts, sketches, digital models, and renderings for client presentations
  • Lead BIM workflows and oversee drawing sets from schematic design to construction documentation
  • Communicate directly with clients and manage the coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, etc) to resolve design conflicts and ensure consistency
  • Present design ideas to clients and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Manage and mentor junior team members

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent) and U.S. architectural license.
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Institutional project experience (cultural, higher-ed, civic, etc).
  • Strong generative design and visualization skills (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills
