  • Weekly Case Load Bonus Health Insurance Free Dental Insurance Free Short-Term Disability Free Life Insurance Paid Time Off 6 Paid Holidays Weekly Pay No Nights & Weekends (except optional on-call rotation) PPE Provided for All Staff Essential Job Functions As an Occupational Therapist , you will support clients in maximizing their independence and improving their quality of life through personalized therapy interventions in the home setting. 🔹 Conduct patient evaluations and develop customized care plans focused on functional goals. 🔹 Deliver skilled therapy to help clients improve ADLs, IADLs, strength, coordination, and safety. 🔹 Educate patients and caregivers on safe practices, equipment use, and home modifications. 🔹 Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members. 🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and assist with certification / recertification paperwork. 🔹 Support quality improvement efforts and participate in optional on-call rotations.
  • Requirements
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) License in Minnesota
  • Two-Step TB Test (provided if needed)
  • DHS Criminal Background Clearance (we provide screening)
