Full-Time Urologist Opportunity - Connecticut
A large, physician-led outpatient group is actively seeking a full-time Urologist to join their growing team in 2025. This is a unique chance to step into a high-demand specialty with strong earning potential, built-in support, and flexibility to shape your practice!
Practice Setting :
- Physician-led, multi-specialty outpatient practice with national backing
- Openings in suburban and rural locations across Connecticut
- Mix of clinic and OR time tailored to your preferences
- Full spectrum of urologic procedures supported, including vasectomies
- Modern facilities with access to ultrasound and bladder scanner tech
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, daytime clinic hours with some flexibilityCall is approximately 1 in 4 weekends, with rotating weekday coverage
Customizable clinic / OR split depending on site and physician goalsConsistent APP and administrative support structureCompensation & Benefits :
Base salary starting at $350K-$400K with significant earning upsideAverage physician income around $815K, with potential for $1M+
