Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire your team to exceed sales goals and deliver 5-star service.

  • Plan and host in-store events to bring the brand to life in Miami.

  • 3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail store management.
  • Deep love for fashion, style, and authentic client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Passionate about being on the floor, setting the tone, and leading by example.
