Capture And Content Planning Manager
As the Capture and Content Planning Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping Brightstar's success in securing high-value contract opportunities worldwide. Leading the strategic approach to business development, you will ensure customer needs are clearly defined and that proposal responses are precisely aligned with them. In this role, you will analyze competitive positioning, craft compelling win themes, and refine Brightstar's strategic messaging to differentiate us in the market. Collaboration is keyyou will work closely with account teams, subject matter experts, and proposal writers and designers to develop persuasive, high-quality responses that strengthen Brightstar's contract pipeline and drive future growth.
Responsibilities
Co-ordinate proposal development efforts, working closely with business proposal writers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure that proposals align with strategic priorities and identified win themes.
Build strong relationships with account teams to understand customer priorities, challenges, and decision-making criteria.
Conduct in-depth analyses of available competitor responses, identifying strengths and weaknesses in their approach.
Prioritize capture and content strategy resources on major global opportunities with substantial business impact.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may vary. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
