What You\'ll Do

Design and implement software solutions adhering to coding standards.
Test code to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Monitor and fix bugs in a timely manner.
Recommend improvements to the shared codebase.
Document complex software components and add code comments as needed.

What You\'ll Bring

Minimum 5 years of development experience in a commercial setting.

Proficiency in .NET and C#, with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.

Experience working with RDBMS

Experience working with databases like MongoDB or NoSQL.

Skilled in building microservices and working with cloud technologies, especially AWS or Azure.

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance tune software code.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Walmart offers competitive pay and performance-based bonus awards, with health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. PTO is provided, and additional paid leave options exist. The amount of PTO depends on job classification and length of employment and meets applicable paid sick leave laws where applicable. Salary ranges vary by location : Seattle, WA 108,000.00–216,000.00; Denver, CO 99,000.00–198,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses and stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1 : Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Option 2 : 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year\'s experience in software engineering or related area.
