job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHome health setting serving a diverse adult patient population Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Patient visits conducted in patient homes throughout the service area Use of Epic EMR is preferred 50-mile radius rule applies for travel pay eligibility Locals are accepted at a different rate Role involves developing treatment protocols and delivering evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment Involvement in training and competency assessment development may be required Must demonstrate effective professional communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills Only one holiday per contract can be approved for time off Return staff must be gone for at least 1 year before rehiring as a traveler Mandatory completion of orientation modules, with time spent recorded through e-learning Must be able to organize multiple priorities and meet expected deadlines Current California Physical Therapy license required (license required if applicable) Valid BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross Minimum 2 years of recent home health physical therapy experience Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance are required Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems Epic EMR experience preferred High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
