Barista / Cook - Closer

Responsible for closing the Bistro each evening, ensuring that all foods are mise en place for all meals. Provides outgoing and friendly service to our customers. Able to efficiently prepare and serve all beverages / foods on the menu following recipes, HACCP and portion control standards. Able to quickly become familiar with all menu items offered, pricing, and proper use of equipment. Responsibly handles cash and accurately performs register transactions. Properly merchandises our foods and upsells to meet daily goals. Maintains overall cleanliness in the Bistro area, including general sanitation and safety. Encourages and supports the team with adequate stock and prep / extra tasks completed to provide quality food and quality service at a "10" level. Maintains a friendly and cheerful demeanor at all times while on duty. Supports and displays our Destination 10 standards and GVMH Behaviors of Excellence. Maintains a current Henry County Food Handler card. Occasionally covers for other shifts in Bistro, Cafe or patient food services.

Starting Range : $15.80 - $17.38
