Job Description :
- The In Plant Material Flow & Scheduling Team PDO Team is responsible for development, deployment & support of applications globally that are used in plant production operations.
- We have a mix of critical and non-critical plant floor applications that are responsible for producing company vehicles.
- This also includes powertrains and stamped components to meet global production needs.
- The technology is located physically in 30+ plants throughout the world.
- Our systems schedule, build, manage inventory, notify, and monitor plant floor information and operations.
- This global product suite has employees in Asia-Pacific, Europe, North and South America that interface and interact with global users daily.
- The product team is disrupting ourselves by modernizing everywhere & simplifying everything through a re-engineering and new development effort to use the latest technologies, methods and tools to bring innovation at market speed to the manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Understanding / documenting the deployment processWorking with PDO and Plant IT teams to continually improve deployment and test plans globallyWorking with global teams to document issues / concerns related to development and deployment activitiesDeveloping or configuration of in house tools and applicationsEstablishing process for gathering, assessing and improving portfolio health related to number of software versions, database versions, number of changes etc.Outlining improvement opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to deliver them.Working outside of normal days shift hours and some travel may be required.Qualifications for Internal Candidates
