Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline : RN Duration : 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Med / Surg Tele RN Job Description : We’re seeking an experienced Med / Surg Tele RN to provide high-quality care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Provide direct nursing care to patients on a med / surg telemetry unit Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status Administer medications, perform assessments, and implement care plans Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes Requirements : Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg and Telemetry experience BLS and ACLS required Telemetry certification preferred Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
