Requirements

1-2 years of RIA / Financial Advisory experienceEarly-career background in client service and value-driven roles within wealth management or financial advisory (RIA)

Public Accounting (CPA is a plus)Solid foundational accounting experience gained at a public accounting firm (1-2 years); CPA credential is a strong differentiator

Client Service / Relationship ManagementProven experience or strong interest in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, focused on delivering exceptional client service

Responsibilities

Relationship management : Build and sustain trusted client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and resolving complex account issues.

Support Advisors / Partners : Facilitate daily operations by mastering team workflows and collaborating on client-centric initiatives.

Client onboarding : Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring full compliance and smooth integration.

Investment execution : Implement investment strategies via custodial platforms, maintain precise client records, handle billing, and review cash flow reports.
